6 bone-in, skin-on chicken pieces - such as thighs snd drumsticks
2 cups white rice
2 cups water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and oepper to taste
1 tsp paprika
3 Tbsp butter melted
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Cooking spray

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º - coat baking pan with cooking spray
2. Add rice, water, and 3 cans of soup to pan - stir to combine
3. Place the chicken pieces on top of rice mixtute - drizzle melted butter over chicken and rice
4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper
5. Cover with foil and bake for 1½ hours - increase the oven temperature to 400º - uncover and bake for an additional 20-30 min until all the liquid is absorbed and the chicken is browned - if you like extra crispy chicken skin, broil for 3-5 min after baking
6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve
