1 box Jumbo shells
2 Tbsp oil
28-30 oz ricotta cheese
1 - 1½ lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ - 1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
pasta sauce
Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Boil jumbo shells in water with oil until firm-al dente, drain and rinse
Combine ricotta, mozzarella, cheddar, eggs
Add spices to taste; mix well
Spread layer of sauce is casserole dish
Stuff shells with cheese mixture and place in dish
Top with sauce and Parmesan
If necessary, add another layer of stuffed shells, sauce, Parmesan cheese
Bake 30-40 min.
