12 chocolate wafers
2 tbsp. instant coffee granules
1/4 cup hot water
1 1/2 cups half and half cream
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Vanilla instant pudding
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 1/2 cups Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
2 squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Place 1 chocolate wafer in bottom of each paper lined muffin cup.

Dissolve coffee granules in hot water in a medium bowl. Add cream, pudding mix and cinnamon; beating with a whisk for about 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Fold in Cool Whip topping. Spoon mixture over prepared muffin cups. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours. To serve remove dessert from paper liner and place on individual dessert plates. Drizzle with melted chocolate and garnish as desired.

Great to have in the freezer for last minute dessert.
