3 Eggs, beaten
⅔ cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup Milk
1½ cup Corn Meal Mix
2 tbsp Flour
1 Onion, grated
1 cup Green Pepper, chopped
1 cup Cream Style Corn
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 º. Preheat a cast iron skillet with a little bit of oil in it. Mix all ingredients, except the cheese, mix well. Pour half of the mixture in the hot skillet and then top it with the grated cheese, then pour the other half of the mixture over the cheese. Put in the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Mom had Mary written on the paper this was written on and if I was guessing I would say it came from Aunt Mary Elizabeth McIntosh.
