3 cups frozen shredded hash browns
¾ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese(6 oz.)
1 cup diced fully cooked Ham
¼ cup chopped green onions
4 egs
1-12 oz. Can evaporated milk
¼ tsp. Pepper
⅛ tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Placed potatoes in sprayed 8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions on top. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over all, cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 min. before baking. Bake uncovered at 350º for 55 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in enter comes out clean.
