1 lb. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1c warm coffee
3 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
6 oz butterscotch or chocolate chips
1/2 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
Add coffee.
Sift together and add flour, baking powder and salt.
Spread into greased jelly roll pan (15 1/2x 10 1/2 x 1)
Sprinkle with butterscotch or chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake 350º oven 25-30 minutes.
