1 c. raisins
1 c. milk
3 eggs
⅔ c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
¼ tsp. salt
1 Tbsp butter

I baked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs yolks and set egg whites aside. Cook raisins in a little water. Add milk. Mix egg yolks, sugar, flour, salt and butter and stir until thick. Let cool a bit, then pour into baked pie crust and chill. To serve, beat egg whites and spread on top. Brown the egg whites briefly under a broiler.
