1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. bacon, diced
2 T. vinegar
1 T. liquid smoke
1-1 lb. 15 oz. can Pork and Beans
2-15 oz. cans kidney beans, drained
2-15 oz. cans great Northern Beans, drained
1 cup ketchup
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 large onion, diced

In 12-inch skillet, brown beef and bacon, drain. In a 4 quart casserole dish, sprayed with non-stick spray, combine all ingredients. Bake at 375º for 1½ hours or until bubbly and heated through. Makes about 12 to 16 servings.
