Elderflower Liquor
Champagne or Prosecco
Simple Syrup
Ice
Orange
Mixture of berries either fresh or frozen
Bourbon
Cinnamon Stick
Vodka

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut slice of lime and remove rind. Cut lime in half. Put in shaker with 1 teaspoon simple syrup, 1 oz of Elderflower Liquor and add ice. Shake. Pour into bottom of a champagne glass. Pour champagne over top. Take lime, roll in sugar and add to drink.

2. In a rocks glass, put 2 slices of orange with rind removed. Add 2 T of mixed berries. Muddle. Add 2 ice cubes. Pour 1.5 oz of Bourbon and 1 oz of Elderflower liquor over top. Use a cinnamon stick to stir. Can add orange if you like.

3. Chill a martini glass with ice and water. Put some lime juice and mixed berries in a shaker and muddle. Add 1.5 oz of vodka and 1 oz of Elderflower. Add ice and shake. Rim the martini glass with lime and sugar and pour drink in.

Used this Elderflower liquor for the first time in this cooking class. She called it the balsamic vinegar of the liquor cabinet. Very tasty. It is expensive but worth it.
