7 oz oil
8 large eggs
14 oz flour ( 1 3/4c)
1 tbsp whiskey

1box confectioners sugar
water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil on low speed for 10 minutes.
Add eggs & whiskey and beat 10 more minutes.
Add sifted flour and beat 10 more minutes.
Heat pyrex cups in 425º oven with a little oil in each cup. Rub oil around inside cup also.
Heat 5 minutes or a little longer.
Add 1 overfilled tbsp batter to each cup and bake for 10-15 minutes at 425º or until batter starts to rise.
Lower temp to 350º and bake for another 20-25 minutes more.

Make thick glaze with sugar and water.
Frost.
