3 lbs large fresh shrimp
3 lbs crab legs

2 packs of sausage cut up

1 garlic
Cajun seasoning ( of your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
1. First smother down diced tomatoes, okra, diced onions, dice bell peppers , and some garlic .

2. After that is smothered down , add the water . Bring to a boil for about an hour , add 6 eggs, but don't let the eggs completely cook before stirring , (stir to break up the eggs , like you would in an egg drop soup.)

3. Add the seafood and the sausage and let it cook until both the seafood and sausage is throughly cooked .

4. Season to taste with the Cajun Seasoning. (Everyone is different with seasoning, but I usually add a tiny bit of Tony's . but the main flavors come from the sea food anyway.)
