2 Tblsp oil2 # lean ground beef
1 lg onion, chopped
1 small green cabbage, shredded
2 - 3 c beef broth, divided
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
2 Tblsp corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large sauce pan over med heat.
Add beef and cook until no pink is visible.
Add onion and cook until slightly brown
Add cabbage portions at a time and brown; may need more oil to complete.
Return Beef and onion to pan, stir in 2 c beef broth, salt and pepper.  Cover and simmer for 15 minutes to 1 hour.
If you want it more soupy add additional broth.
Mix corn starch with some of the beef broth to blend and add to pot to thicken.
Check for seasoning as you may need more pepper or salt.
Serve with boiled potatoes on the side.
