Wędzone tofu 1op
Passata 500ml lub pomidory w puszce
Cebula 1szt
Ser parmesan starty
Cukier, zioła
Oliwa, sól, pieprz
Świeża bazylia

1 pkg Smoked tofu
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 Onion
Parmesan cheese grated
Sugar, herbs
Oil, salt, and pepper
Fresh basil

Ugotować makaron zgodnie z przepisem
Na patelni podsmażyć przeciśnięty czosnek i pokrojoną w kostkę cebulę
Tofu odcedzić , rozgnieść i smażyć na patelni do uzyskania ciemniejszego koloru
Do całości wlewamy passatę lub 2 puszki pomidorów i chwilę dusimy
Dodajemy pokrojoną bazylię i przyprawy
Makaron wyłożyć na talerz, polać sosem
Całość posypać startym serem i udekorować bazylią

Cook the pasta according to the recipe
In a frying pan, fry the pressed garlic and the diced onion
Drain the tofu, mash it and fry it in a pan until it is darker in color
Pour passata or 2 cans of tomatoes to the whole and stew for a moment
Add chopped basil and spices
Put the pasta on a plate and pour over the sauce
Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and decorate with basil
