2,5 szklanki mąki
1 szklanka cukru
1/2 szklanki kakao
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1 łyżeczka sody
Szczypta soli
2 jajka
1 szklanka mleka
1 szklanka wrzątku
¾ szklanki oleju
Szczypta cukru waniliowego
Polewa czekoladowa
2 łyzki bułki tartej
Tłuszcz do blaszki

2 ½ cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup boiling water
¾ glass of oil
A pinch of vanilla sugar
Chocolate glaze
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Directions:
Do miski wsypujemy mąkę, cukier, kakao, sodę, proszek do pieczenia, cukier waniliowy, sól.
W drugiej misce mieszamy mleko, jajka, olej i wlewamy mokre składniki do miski z suchymi składnikami.
Mieszamy do uzyskania masy bez grudek.
Dolewamy szklankę wrzątku i ponownie energicznie mieszamy.
Wylewamy na natłuszczoną i posypana bułką tartą formę (25x30 cm).
Pieczemy 45 minut w piekarniku nagrzanym wcześniej do 180 stopni C.
Po ostygnięciu dekorujemy polewą czekoladową.

Pour flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla sugar and salt into the bowl.In the second bowl, mix the milk, eggs, oil and pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix until the mass is without lumps. Pour a glass of boiling water and stir again vigorously. Pour it onto a greased and sprinkled form with breadcrumbs (25x30 cm).

Bake for 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 350º
After cooling, decorate with chocolate glaze.
