1 cebula
3 ząbki czosnku
6 marchewek
3 czerwone papryki
2 puszki mleka kokosowego
0,5 kg piersi z kurczaka
Ryż
Sól, pieprz, pieprz cayenne – do smaku
Curry, kurkuma, ostra paprika – po 1 łyżeczce
Kolendra – jeśli świeża to cała doniczka, jeśli suszona to całe opakowanie
Sok z 1 limonki
Szklanka wody

1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
6 carrots
3 red peppers
2 cans of coconut milk
0.5 kg of chicken breast
Rice
Salt, pepper, cayenne pepper - to taste
Curry, turmeric, hot paprika - 1 teaspoon each
Coriander - the whole pot if fresh, the whole package if dried
Juice of 1 lime
Glass of water

Directions:
W garnku podsmażamy drobno pokrojoną cebulę i czosnek. Dodajemy pokrojoną w talarki marchewkę i wlewamy szklankę wody. Zagotowujemy, dodajemy pokrojoną paprykę i wlewamy mleko kokosowe. Dodajemy wszystkie przyprawy, gotujemy na małym ogniu do miękkości warzyw. W tym czasie smażymy na patelni pokrojoną w kostkę pierś z kurczaka, doprawioną curry. Gdy warzywa będą już miękkie, wciskamy sok z limonki, odstawiamy do ostygnięcia, po czym blendujemy. Do zblendowanego sosu dodajemy usmażonego kurczaka. Podajemy na gorąco z ryżem.

In a pot, fry the finely chopped onion and garlic. Add carrots cut into slices and pour a glass of water. Bring to a boil, add chopped paprika and pour coconut milk. Add all spices and simmer until the vegetables are tender. Meanwhile, fry the diced chicken breast, seasoned with curry, in a pan. When the vegetables are soft, press the lime juice, let it cool down, then blend it. Add the fried chicken to the blended sauce. Serve hot with rice.
