Skrzydełka podzielić na trzy części ( końcówki odrzucić)
Skrzydełka zalać maggi tak, aby całe były zanurzone, na około 1,5h. Od czasu do czasu zamieszać.
Każdy kawałek obtoczyć w mące, jajku i znów w mące
Smażymy na gorącym, głębokim oleju do zrumienia
