1 small bag baby carrots
¼ cup amaretto
3 tbsp. brown sugar
dash nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots and then drain
In pan melt butter.
Saute carrots for 2 minutes
Add amaretto, brown sugar and nutmeg
Cook additional 2-3 minutes, until all ingredients are mixed and bubbling
Remove from heat and serve
