20g or 10.7 oz Fresh Yeast
1 tsp Sugar
400g or 4.1 oz Wheat Flour
150 g or 5.3 oz Corn Flour
1 tsp Salt
50g or 1.8oz Melted Butter
300ml or 1 cup Warm Water

Prepare solution from yeast, sugar and 1/3 cup warm water.
Sift both flours, add salt.
Put together flour, yeast solution and melted butter
Add 300ml warm water
Knead dough
Leave dough in warm place to double in size
Divide the dough into 10 - 12 buns, put them on a baking tray
Leave buns to grow (rise) again
Bake at 325 - 350 for 30 - 35 minutes
After baking, brush buns with cold water
