1 egg, beaten
3 T. soy sauce
4 (1 inch thick lean pork chops
1/2 cup fine, dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg and soy sauce in shallow baking dish. Trim excess fat from pork chops. Add chops to egg mixture, turning to coat. Cover and let stand 1 hour. Combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, and ginger. Dredge pork chops in bread crumb mixture; arrange in a shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Turn pork chops and bake and additional 25-30 minutes.
