Ingredients:  
1 piece tilapia fillet per person (each piece enough for two fish tacos)
Lemon slices
Chopped white onion
Sliced avocado
Chopped cilantro
Chopped cabbage
Chopped tomatoes
Feta cheese

Sauce:
Sour cream
Tapatia hot sauce
Lemon or lime juice
A bit of milk

Directions:
I use the tilapia fillets from Costco. Defrost and pat really dry. Sprinkle with Old Bay or Tony Chacherie’s seasoning, then LIGHTLY dust with flour. Put just a bit of oil in a pan and sauté. Use small corn tortillas. Heat on a comal with a tiny amount oil. Then assemble as desired.
