1 pkg Yellow Cake mix
3 Eggs
¾ c Oil
1 can Mandarin Orange Sections plue juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together for 3 minutes . Grease a 9x13 baking dish and pour ingredients into dish. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until done.
 

Icing
Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 20 oz can Crushed Pineapple & Juice
1 tsp Vanilla
1 8 oz Cool Whip
¾ c Pecan pieces or slivered Almonds
Directions:
Directions:
Combine pudding mix with crushed pineapple with juice and vanilla. Fold in cool whip and pecans or almonds. Allow cake to cool then top with icing mixture.
