30g Sugar

4g Salt

4g Dry Yeast

1 Egg

170g Warm Milk

50g Cream Cheese

20g Soft Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together Bread Flour, Sugar, Salt, Dry Yeast together

Add dry mixture to mixer. Then add Egg, Warm Milk and Cream Cheese. Let mix for 5 minutes or more until fully mixed.

Next Add Butter, allow to mix for next 10 minutes until fully combined.

Grease a bowl with oil or butter. Pull dough out of Mixer and shape into ball, placing in greased bowl. Allow to sit for at least 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Kneed dough to get all the air bubbles out. Then shape into ball again, cut in half, then again until you have 8 equal pieces. Kneed each piece then shape into small roll size balls. Cover with plastic and allow to rise for 15 minutes.

Kneed each individual roll again to release air bubbles and reshape. Once all the rolls are complete transfer them to baking dish. Allow to rise for 50 minutes.

Bake at 320ºF (or 150ºC) for 20 minutes. You can put an egg-wash on the rolls as they bake or butter. May need to bake longer depending on oven.

Enjoy
