1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1 medium ear sweet corn, grilled and cut off the cob

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, combine beans, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Process 30 seconds or until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes and then mix in corn, peppers and tomatoes. Serve with pita chips and vegetables. Enjoy!
