Preheat 350º
Greased 15x10x1 pan
CAKE
1 c butter, cubed
1 c cold coffee
¼ c baking cocoa
2 c all-purpose flour
2 c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ c sour cream
ICING
½ c butter, cubed
¼ c + 2 tbsp whole milk
3 tbsp baking cocoa
3 ¾ c confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Bring butter, water, cocoa to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt;
Add to cocoa mixture.
Stir in sour cream until smooth.

Pour into greased pan.
Bake 20-25 min.

Melt butter, add milk and cocoa.
Bring to boil, remove from heat.
Whisk in confectioners sugar & vanilla until smooth.
Pour over warm cake.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
