Ingredients:  
cup soft butter
cup plus 2 TBSP) sugar
cup plus 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. lemon zest
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Put all in glass bowl, mix well.
Put trivet in instapot with 1 c. water under it.
Put bowl on trivet
cook for 10 min.
Natural release for 10 min. then do total release
Take out bowl carefully
Whisk, then let sit to cool for 30 min. then refrigerate
