In large bowl, mix
6 cups oatmeal uncooked
1/2 cup of any of these
- wheat germ, bran, coconut, nuts, milk powder, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds,
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg (I use cinnamon)

Syrup- mix in small bowl
3/4 cup oil, melted margarine or butter
3/4 cup honey, corn syrup, brown sugar, maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix both dry and syrup ingredients together.
Spread on 2 large baking sheets - parchment paper helps prevent burning.
Cook in 275’ oven for about 30 minutes stirring once or twice. Until golden brown.
Burns quickly so check frequently.
After cooled, you can add raisins, dried cranberries, etc.

Store in airtight container.
