2 pkgs (9-oz each) frozen artichoke hearts
¼ c butter
Dash black pepper
¾ t salt
1 t onion salt
¼ t dry mustard
1/3 c flour
½ c artichoke liquid
1 ½ c milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
½ c grated Swiss cheese
1 T bread crumb
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook artichoke hearts per package directions. Drain, save ½ c liquid. Melt butter; add seasonings and flour and mix well. Gradually stir in reserved liquid and milk. Cook until smooth and thickened. Remove from heat; add egg and half the cheese; stir until blended. Place hearts in single layer in shallow baking dish; cover with sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, bread crumbs and paprika.

Bake at 450 deg F for 15 minutes.
