1 lb. mushrooms
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp.
sugar
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 c. minced red onion
3/4 tsp. oregano and marjoram
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp, peppercorn or coriander seed

Simmer mushrooms 5 minutes, drain and mix with the other ingred.
