3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
10 Tbl cocoa
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup oil
2 Tbl vinegar
2 cups cold water

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients together, mix with a blender.

Bake at 350º for 30+ mins.

13 x 9 pan

Cover with chocolate frosting when cool.

This was a family favorite. It contains no eggs. Mom send it was from the depression era and eggs were not always available.
