5 Potatoes - Boil, drain & mash
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1/3 Stick Butter
1/2 Cup milk
Topping:
1 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup flour
1 Cup pecans
1/3 Cup butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, potatoes, 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1/3 stick of butter and 1/2 cup of milk. Place mixed ingredients in casserole dish and set aside.
In another bowl mix 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup pecans and 1/3 cup butter(soft). Mix well and sprinkle on top of potato mixture.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
