rice
salt and pepper
green onions

SAUCE:
orange juice or water
soy sauce
garlic
ginger
brown sugar
cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
1. apply basic seasoning (salt and pepper) to your chicken and put in into the oven to bake at 375ºF
2. While the chicken is cooking, Make the rice (either in the rice cooker or on the stove)
3. grab a sauce pan and combine the orange juice (or water), soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. simmer on the stove for a few minutes or until the brown sugar dissolves.
4. to thicken the sauce you can add cornstarch until it reaches the desired thickness.
5. when the chicken is fully cooked, cut it into strips.
6. portion out the rice into bowls, and top the rice with the chicken, drizzle the sauce on top and sprinkle on the chopped green onions
