1 (10 oz.) package of frozen broccoli spears or equal amount of fresh broccoli
4 T Red wine vinegar
4 T Salad oil
2 t. Minced parsley
4 t. Pickle relish (I like dill)
2 t. Minced chives
2 t. Minced capers
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the broccoli until it is done, but still crunchy.
Drain and arrange it on a serving dish.

Mix all the remaining ingredients and pour them over the broccoli.
Let it stand for a bit so the flavors can mingle.

You can serve this either warm or chilled.

This is wonderful! And, it is so pretty and fresh. I love the clean, but interesting flavor.
