Crust:
1 ¼ cups flour
¼ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup butter or oleo, chilled
Filling:
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup sugar
2 (10-oz) packages frozen red raspberries, thawed
Topping:
1 (10-oz) package large marshmallows
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Combine flour, sugar, & salt. Cut in chilled butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Put in bottom of 9X13” pan. Bake at 350º until lightly browned (15-18 minutes). Cool.

Filling: Combine cornstarch and sugar in saucepan. Add the raspberries and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and is clear. Cool slightly and pour over crust. Chill.

Topping: Place marshmallow and milk in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until marshmallows melt. Cool. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over chilled raspberry filling. Chill.
