2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1/2 tbsp baking soda 1/2 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tbsp salt. Juice of 1 orange 2 tbsp zest of orange peel 2 tbsp melted butter 1 egg beaten 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 cup halved cranberries 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Mix cranberries with 1/4 cup sugar and set aside. Mix the dry ingredients with 3/4 cup sugar. In a small bowl, mix orange juice and zest` and water to make about 3/4 cups Now add butter cheese, and egg. pour onto the dry mixture, mix Spread evenly in a greased lof pan Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees .remove from pan and cool overnite
