1 Lb. Bacon, Cut Up Into Pieces
1 Medium Size Onion
1 Green Pepper
1 15 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes, Drained
4 15 oz. Cans Pinto Beans, Drained
2 ˝ Cups Dark Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large, deep skillet, dice and sauté bacon, onion & pepper.
When the bacon is done strain off oil, add all of the beans, (be sure they are well drained).
Add brown sugar, when sugar is dissolved add diced tomatoes (be sure they are well drained as well).
Simmer until all flavors marry.
You can also add a pinch of cumin if you want a smoky flavor.
