1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 Can milk
5 Russet potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
4 Slices of cheese
4 Boneless porkchops
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Mrs. Dash or Lemon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
On low in medium sauce pan add mushroom soup, milk, cheese, salt and pepper. Stir continuously until cheese is melted and mixture is warm. In a frying pan, cover bottom with vegetable oil and heat until the grease is hot low medium heat. Add porkchops seasoned with Mrs. Dash and lemon pepper. Only sear the chops DO NOT COOK COMPLETELY ABOUT 4-5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE, ADDING SEASONING BEFORE EACH FLIP. Drain chops on paper towel. Place potatoes in dish. Pour soup mixture on top of potatoes. Place chops on top of potatoes then soup mix on top of chops. Cover with foil. Cook in oven on 350º for one hour. Check potatoes with fork for tenderness. The longer it cooks the more tender the chops. Ends up cooking approximately and hour and a half.
