1 Cup shredded coconut
3 Eggs beaten
1/4 Cup buttermilk
1 Cup sugar
1 Stick melted butter
1 Teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and mix into frozen deep dish pie shell. Bake at 325º for 45-50 minutes until the coconut is golden brown.
