Ingredients:	Ingredients: - 1 box of chocolate cake mix - 1/2 cup of shortening - 2 eggs - ice cream of your choice

Directions:	Directions: - preheat oven to 350 - combine cake mix, shortening and eggs ( dough will be very stiff) - drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes (you want them slightly underdone) - let cookies cool and place in the freezer -assemble ice cream sandwiches and place back in freezer - enjoy!
