Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground sweet Italian sausage (or your own favorite Italian sausage)
1 small onion (chopped fine)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg (beaten)
dash of pepper
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp sweet basil
1 can tomato sauce
Italian spices to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together except tomato sauce and Italian spices. Form mixture into meatballs. Place in a large casserole and pour tomato sauce (Sometimes I use pasta sauce) over meatballs. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning (I add sweet basil). Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
