2 1/2 lbs round white or Yukon gold potatoes peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
5 large hard-cooked eggs, chopped
3 green onions thinly sliced
2 ribs celery, diced
2 heaping tablespoons dill relish
1 heaping tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 tsp celery seeds
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes in a large sauce pan, cover with water and add 1 tsp salt. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tnder, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Chill until served.

Prepared by Betty Bunner for many family meals. The dill relish is her secret....however, would typically just chop dill pickles and add some of that dill juice in lieu of the relish. (yum!)
