Leftover beef from beef roast recipe (maybe use 1 - 1-1/2 c), shredded
Leftover beef broth from beef roast or you can use 1 can of beef broth
Leftover vegetables from beef roast recipe, cut into bite sized pieces, optional
2 c Egg Noodles (I use the Wide ones)
flour/water mixture for thickening
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to pkg instructions.

Pour beef broth into saucepan on medium-medium high heat. Use a shaker and add flour (about 1/3 full) and then add water almost to top. Shake so it gets mixed up and slowly add to beef broth, stirring constantly with a whisk until it thickens up. Add salt and pepper for taste.

Add beef and vegetables to thickened broth and after draining cooked noodles, add those as well. Let sit for a few minutes so the flavor works its way through the noodles.
