Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Small box/4 servings Strawberry Jell-O
15 oz. can of whole berry cranberry sauce
15-20 oz. can of crushed pineapple (whatever you can find), drained
1 small can of mandarin oranges, drained and chopped
1 large (or 2 small) apples, peeled and chopped
½ cup chopped walnuts (or more to your liking)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil one cup of water (per the directions on the Jell-O package)
Pour Jell-O powder in a bowl (better to use a bowl or glass container with cover, so you can transfer straight to fridge)
Add boiling water and mix quickly.
Mush in the cranberry sauce (I like using the back of a spoon or fork)
Pour in the crushed pineapple (if you like pineapple, add all of it, not so much, then hold back a bit)
Mix in the apple, oranges, and walnuts
Cover and chill for a couple of hours
