1 30 oz.. bag of frozen diced hash browns

32 oz. of chicken broth

1 can of cream of chicken soup

8 oz. of cream cheese

3 oz. of bacon bits

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place hash browns in bottom of crockpot. Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup

and half of the bacon bits. Cook on low 7 to 8 hours or until potatoes are tender. One

hour before serving cut the cream chees into chunks and place in the crock pot. Mix

/stir a few times during the hour before serving. Top with shredded chees and bacon

bits.

This recipe came from Priscilla Folsom. I got it from Sandra. Priscilla had served this one night when she and Katie were in Jacksonville for a volley ball tournament. It quickly became a favorite.
