3 C.Old Fashioned Oats
3 egg whites (1 egg white = 3T.)
1/4 C. " You Favorite sugar free sweetener" (Pyure Sweetener)
1 T. melted butter or coconut oil
1 tsp. molasses
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 C. unsweetened dried cranberries or raisins
2/3 C. coconut
2/3 C. almond slivers
2/3 C. sugar free chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix together all ingredients except almonds, raisins/cranberries, coconut, and chocolate chips.
Spread out on large cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Mix in everything else except chocolate chips and bake until golden brown (app. 10-15 minutes).
While pan is hot, just out of oven, add chocolate chips and stir.
Store tightly covered.
