1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons finely diced onion
1/2 teaspoon finely minced garlic (about 1 clove)
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or jar. Refrigerate for at least one hour to let flavors meld. About 24 Tablespoon servings.
