2 T mustard
2 tsp sugar
1/2 c butter
16 Swiss cheese slices
ham or turkey slices
2 (24 rolls) packages of Hawaiian rolls
poppy seeds, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter with mustard in a small sauce pan until butter is melted over medium heat. In a pan, drizzle bottom with a little butter mixture. Split the rolls in half and place slices of ham/turkey and cheese-like making a sandwich. Place the top half of rolls and drizzle with some of the butter mixture and poppy seeds. Place rolls in the oven covered with aluminium foil for about 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 5 more minutes.
