3 Tbsp Tandoori Powder 2 chickens cut in pieces skin off Salt 2 Tbsp Coriander and Cumin powder 1 Tbsp red chili powder 1 clove garlic crushed 1 inch ginger crushed lemon juice of 1 lemon 1/2 cup hot vegetable oil
Heat oil on stove to make it bubble
Marinate chicken with tandoori powder, coriander and cumin powder, red chili powder, garlic, ginger and lemon.
Once mixed add hot oil (make sure you hear the sizzle).
