1 Cup diced strawberries
1 Cup diced Granny Smith apples
1 Cup diced mango
1 1/2 T. chopped fresh mint
1 T. fresh lime juice
2 T. orange marmalade
1 tsp minced fresh ginger

Combine ingredients and chill. Serve with Angel food cake or pound cake.

We made this for a lunch prepared for a circuit overseer in Carbondale. It was delicious! I wish I could remember which CO, Dorance maybe? I do remember we served it at the Kingdom Hall with Margie Martin.
