2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 TBS. butter,melted

put them all in a blender and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour. And keep cold between pours.

Make sure the pan has been heated thouroughly and is on WARM. and spray oil.

Put the thin coat, as much as 10 sheets of paper in the pan, when the edges are browned, about 2 minutes, loosen with a spatchula and flip it over. You will see it brown and look finished. Serve hot. IF you stack them, you need to put parchment paper between them so you can get them apart.
Batter freezes well.
cooked crepes keep in the fridge, but you will want to nook them before using them.

Nutella, bannana , blueberry or strawberry and lots of whipping cream are favorites. OF course, coconut whipping cream for se and soy milk. Soy is thicker than Rice milk.
