Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/3 cup melted "burnt" sugar (see instructions)

2/3cup -1 cup granulated sugar

1 750 ml bottle Everclear

5 empty 750 ml bottles (4+ the Everclear bottle)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, boil 4 bottles worth of water with the 2/3 - 1 cup of the granulated sugar until sugar dissolves.
While the sugar is dissolving in the boiling water, work on the "burnt" sugar.

Burnt sugar - Melt 1/3 cup of sugar in a cast iron skillet until it carmelizes. BE CAREFUL, don't leave it...keep moving it around so it doesn't completely burn, but gets a good carmelization going. Pour it into the sugar water you have in the pot.

Add 1 bottle of Everclear. Pour immediately into 5 bottles, close lids immediately.

Add a little vanilla (secret ingredient).
